By downloading or using SnapCal, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.

By accessing or using SnapCal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

SnapCal is a general wellness application for iOS that provides calorie tracking, food logging, weight tracking, activity insights, and optional AI-powered nutrition features. The app is designed for general wellness support and is not a medical device.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction to use SnapCal. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts and Data

SnapCal stores data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the app. You may optionally connect to Apple Health and enable AI features, which involves sharing data as described in our Privacy Policy.

SnapCal uses Google Gemini AI through Firebase AI services for food recognition, nutrition analysis, chat assistance, and coaching features. These features are optional and can be disabled in Settings.

SnapCal is not a substitute for professional medical, nutrition, or healthcare advice. The app provides general wellness information only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions. We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from the use of the app.

SnapCal and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by SnapCal and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our explicit permission.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

SnapCal may offer premium features through in-app subscriptions managed by Apple. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are handled through the App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple. Please refer to Apple's subscription management for cancellation instructions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SnapCal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, health outcomes, or other intangible losses.

SnapCal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We may terminate or suspend your access to SnapCal at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the app. You may terminate your use of the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
